Designed by a personal trainer and physical therapist, with guidance from pastors, this challenge brings together expertise and faith to empower your journey. Health is multidimensional, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This challenge focuses on building small, impactful habits that nurture a healthier life in all these areas. With four simple, proven habits and daily guidance accessible at your fingertips through our app, you’ll take meaningful steps to honor your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit and glorify God in the process.

This challenge is designed not just to transform your next 40 days but to inspire lasting change. Along the way, you’ll find support in a private community, optional mini challenges tailored to each phase, and additional resources to help you grow further. In addition to our Romans reading plan, each day includes readings designed to inspire personal growth, help you better understand yourself, and explore how things work. These readings also dive deeper into the habits you’ll be building, explaining their purpose and benefits to keep you motivated. Together, they provide practical wisdom and spiritual encouragement to support your journey toward lasting change.

Proven Habits

Habits shape our actions and ultimately define our lives. Over time, they create significant outcomes, whether positive or negative. In each phase of this challenge, you'll adopt a simple yet impactful daily habit aimed at fostering a healthier lifestyle. As you progress to the next phase, you'll continue with the previous habit while adding a new one. By the end of the challenge, you'll have developed five small habits that contribute to a healthier life in all aspects, not just the physical.

Each phase will offer an optional mini-challenge for those seeking an extra push. These mini-challenges are designed to complement the theme of the current phase, providing additional opportunities for growth. The goal is not to overwhelm but to offer an extra challenge for those who want it and whose circumstances allow. These mini-challenges are perfect for those looking to deepen their commitment and achieve even greater results.

Once your account is set up, you'll find resources and pre-challenge activities designed to help you lay a strong foundation. These activities will prepare you for the challenge ahead. Be sure to download our trackers to help you stay on track and monitor your progress throughout the journey.

Step Three:

Chat and Grow

While you wait for the challenge to start, our app offers a private community feed where you can connect, share, and chat with others. You’ll also find posts from us, designed to motivate and engage you as you prepare for the journey ahead.

Step four:

Begin The

Challenge

When the start day arrives, we’ll begin the challenge together. From there, our app will guide you daily, providing the content you need to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. Stay connected in our community and watch as we all grow together throughout this transformative journey.

During this challenge, we will embark on a journey through the entire book of Romans, divided into a daily reading plan. The book of Romans serves as a spiritual roadmap, guiding us deeper into our faith journey. Its profound teachings on salvation, grace, and the Christian life offer transformative insights that can enrich our understanding of God and strengthen our relationship with Him. By studying Romans in this structured manner, we aim to deepen our faith, grow in our knowledge of God's Word, and live more fully as followers of Christ.
