About Temple In Motion
Temple In Motion exists to help others live well and honor God through the stewardship of their body, mind, and life. Wellness is a way of living that recognizes life as a gift and treats it with care, discipline, and purpose.
We are a small, family-run business based in Kansas, built slowly and intentionally. What started as a personal conviction has grown into a mission we are committed to carrying forward with honesty, consistency, and faith. Every piece of content and every product is created with care, knowing it represents more than a brand. It represents a way of living.
This mission is carried out through two main avenues. Fuel Up is our YouTube channel, where we share free content centered on faith, movement, discipline, and intentional living. The goal is to help people build habits, think clearly, and care for their bodies and lives in a way that honors God. Our apparel shop extends that same message into everyday life. What we wear can serve as a reminder of the values we carry and the way we choose to live.
The heart behind this work is simple. To steward life well and reflect God through daily action, consistency, and responsibility.
Wear it. Live it. Let it speak.

Our Core Disciplines
MOVE
Move means taking action and stewarding the body and life God has given us. We care for the body, fuel it well, train the mind, and build habits that create strength and consistency. When we take action instead of drifting, momentum grows. Using the body well becomes a way to honor God with everyday discipline, not just words.
Pray
Pray represents the core of everything. It’s why it sits in the middle, everything flows from here. This pillar reflects our relationship with God and the way we stay grounded, aligned, and honest about what matters. Through prayer, Scripture, worship, and reflection, our direction stays clear and our foundation stays strong.
Grow
Grow is the result of steady faithfulness over time. As habits compound, we gain wisdom, discipline, and maturity in how we live, work, and lead. Growth shows up in character, consistency, and the ability to carry greater responsibility well. When body, mind, and faith stay aligned, progress becomes sustainable instead of forced.
